1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Shareholder," or "you") and 21estate SHA ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the shareholder platform.

By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the platform, you must:

  • Be a registered shareholder of 21estate SHA
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Albanian law
  • Have completed all required identity verification (KYC) procedures
  • Have accepted all mandatory legal documents

    • 3. Account Registration and Security

    3.1 Your Responsibilities

    You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication
  • All activities conducted under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access at info@21estate.al

    • 3.2 Prohibited Actions

    You must not:

  • Share your login credentials with any third party
  • Allow others to access your account
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

    • 4. Platform Services

    The shareholder platform provides:

  • Shareholder Dashboard — View your share ownership, cash account balance, and portfolio performance
  • Financial Services — Deposit funds, convert cash to shares, view dividends
  • Company Information — Access documents, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Account Management — Update personal information, download certificates

    • 5. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Misrepresent your identity

    • 6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the platform is the exclusive property of 21estate SHA and is protected by Albanian and international intellectual property laws.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21estate SHA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

    Investment Risk: Use of the platform does not constitute investment advice. All investments carry risk.

    8. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.
